Welcome to my corner of the internet full of clichés! My name is Matt, but online I’m more likely to be known as Raven or RavenIII (the latter being my online alias, the former just being easier to say).

I am currently looking into a future as a website designer, or indeed developer (if not a little bit (a lot) of both). My specialities at the current time are HTML and CSS, and I dabble in PHP… I will also admit to geeking out with MySQL. I have touched ASP, but not ASP.NET and also have quite some experience setting up servers – though not the hardware side of things. My next target is JavaScript, after I delve more into PHP and MySQL to learn their intricacies.

You may have gathered that I like gaming, though I am no lone-wolf, I play with the pack of my clan – Exilers (formerly Universe In Exile). Mostly a PC gamer, I one day hope to have a kick-ass rig – and no doubt will spend far too much on gaming peripherals and hardware – though my current rig is pretty feisty, so for now I am happy.

If you wonder what else gets me its comedy (of the Monty-Python variety), books, all-sorts of music, sweets and art which get my attention. Other than that I am currently a student in HND Computing, and also working for RJ Software Ltd. maintaining the family companies’ website (but its a tiny job really).
